President
Binod Prasad Bhattarai
Mr. Bhattarai is a dynamic social activist, socio‑entrepreneur, and seasoned travel and tours professional. As the owner of Great Journey Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd., he has built a reputation for innovation and excellence in the tourism sector. His entrepreneurial journey reflects a deep commitment to creating sustainable opportunities in Nepal and abroad. Since 2009, he has actively served in NRNA and held executive positions in multiple social organizations. His leadership roles include Former President of Leo Club of Kathmandu Bishalbazar (2006–07), President of Returnee Federation Nepal, and Past President of MorangSunsari Welfare Society Nepal. His expertise lies in combining socio‑entrepreneurship with tourism development, fostering both community empowerment and economic growth.

Teknath Baral
Former Managing Director (2015–2025) and current Board Member, Mr. Baral has consistently advanced organizational growth through visionary leadership. His tenure at TVI strengthened investment frameworks and created pathways for entrepreneurship. As President of MorangSunsari Welfare Society Nepal since 2019, he has mobilized collective investment across 8 international branches, proving the immense potential of Nepali society to unite resources for shared prosperity. His objective is clear: to transform diaspora capital into sustainable ventures that empower communities, nurture entrepreneurship, and showcase the strength of Nepali society on the global stage.

Kumar Karki
Kumar Karki, Founding Member (2009), Past President of TVI (2014–2015), and Board of Directors, is a dedicated social activist and youth entrepreneur. He has contributed to tourism promotion, collective investment, and cooperative mobilization, while championing socio‑entrepreneurship through leadership in various organizations. His vision emphasizes transferring skills, ideas, and technology gained abroad into startups that strengthen Nepal’s economy and society. Professionally, Mr. Karki is a Facilities Management Specialist and Project Management Expert with experience in residential, commercial, smart city, sporting, and metro infrastructures across Nepal, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Beyond his career, he has served the community in key roles such as Founder Executive Member of FINYE (2022), Founder of Suyog Management Company Limited, Past President and Founder of Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd (2014), ICC Member of NRNA (2017–2019), Past Vice President of NRNA NCC Qatar (2013–2015), Chief Advisor of NRNA NCC Qatar (2016–2017), President of FNJ Qatar Chapter (2009), Secretary of Expatriate Nepali Journalists Network (2009), Organizer of the first global conference of expatriate Nepali Journalists in Kathmandu (2009), and Advisor of MorangSunsari Welfare Society.

Yogendra Bahadur Karki
Mr. Karki is an accomplished accounting and financial professional with extensive experience in commerce across Nepal and the Middle East. Currently working in a reputed trading company in Qatar, he brings strong financial acumen and managerial expertise to his ventures. He has served as President of MorangSunsari Welfare Society and is a founder member of Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd. His entrepreneurial strength lies in building transparent and accountable business practices, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while maximizing shareholder trust. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning Trade Vision Investment as a company driven by integrity, sustainable growth, and sound financial management.

Dipak Gautam
Board of DirectorDipak Gautam is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned technology professional with international work experience. Prior to returning to Nepal, he was employed with a reputed technology company in Qatar, where he gained significant exposure to advanced systems and business practices. Currently, Mr. Gautam is actively involved in Nepal’s stock market, demonstrating a strong interest in financial markets and investment activities. His combined expertise in technology and entrepreneurship adds strategic value to the Board and supports the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
Tej Katuwal
Board of DirectorWith over 25 years of professional experience in the Middle East, Mr. Katuwal has championed collective investment mobilization through his leadership in NRNA and MorangSunsari Welfare Society Qatar. His initiatives have demonstrated how Nepali society, when united, can convert community contributions into entrepreneurial growth and long‑term development. By leading collective schemes and fostering diaspora engagement, he has unlocked the potential of Nepali society to drive innovation, expand opportunities, and build sustainable economic strength. His objective remains to channel collective resources into ventures that uplift communities and inspire future generations of Nepali entrepreneurs.
Lalit Niraula
Company SecretaryLalit Niraula is a respected leader and mentor within Nepali society, actively contributing to various social movements and community development initiatives. He holds multiple leadership roles across several organizations in Nepal and is a founding member of Team of Trust (ToT) Agro Company. Mr. Niraula has played a significant role in strengthening the cooperative sector in Nepal, having served in key executive positions within various cooperatives, and currently serving as President of Parikrama Agriculture Cooperative Society. He previously held the position of General Secretary of the Morang Sunsari Welfare Society Nepal, demonstrating his commitment to social welfare and organizational leadership. In addition to his responsibilities as Company Secretary of TVI, he is actively engaged in the agriculture and freight service sectors, bringing valuable entrepreneurial and operational experience to the organization.
