Year-End Review Program 2080/81

Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd. successfully concluded its annual Year-End Review Program for FY 2080/81. The event brought together the Board of Directors, senior management, and all staff members to reflect on the year achievements, challenges, and milestones. Key highlights included strong portfolio performance, expansion of shareholder base, and the launch of our digital investment platform. The managing director expressed gratitude to all shareholders and employees for their trust and dedication. The program also featured recognition awards for outstanding staff performance and a roadmap presentation for FY 2081/82.

Annual Tree Plantation Drive 2081

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd. organized its Annual Tree Plantation Drive in partnership with the Sundar Haraicha Municipality. Staff members, board members, and local community volunteers planted over 500 saplings along the Sundar Haraicha road and surrounding areas. The initiative is part of TVI corporate social responsibility program to promote a greener and healthier environment for future generations.

Free Health Camp for Shareholders and Community

Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with a team of medical professionals, organized a Free Health Camp for its shareholders and the surrounding community at its Sundar Haraicha office premises. Services provided included general health check-up, blood pressure and blood sugar screening, eye check-up, and free medicines for identified conditions. Over 200 people including shareholders, staff, and community members benefited from the camp.

Staff Capacity Building Training Program

Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd. organized a two-day Staff Capacity Building Training Program at its head office in Sundar Haraicha, Morang. Topics covered: - Investment portfolio management - Customer relationship and communication skills - Financial regulations and compliance updates - Digital tools and software for investment tracking All 25 staff members participated actively in the training sessions facilitated by industry experts.

Shareholder Interaction Program 2080

Trade Vision Investment Pvt. Ltd. organized a Shareholder Interaction Program at Hotel Landmark, Biratnagar, bringing together over 150 shareholders from across Morang and Sunsari districts. The program featured a presentation on the company financial performance for FY 2079/80, future investment plans, and dividend policy. Shareholders had the opportunity to interact directly with the board of directors and raise their queries.

Year-end Review Meeting Conducted

The Trade Vision Investment Pvt. has conducted its year-end review meeting on 31 December 2017. The meeting was chaired by Binod Prasad Bhattarai, President of the company, and attended by its executive members and shareholders. The President expressed New Year wishes to all shareholders, well-wishers, and partners of the company. The meeting reviewed its financial progress of the year, revised and amended internal policies and procedures, and declared to invite new shareholders to the company. A declaration was made to deploy its investment to short-term and long-term projects which give significant returns to the company. A detailed project proposal and plan will be drafted and presented by the executive committee.
