The company provides national and international cargo and courier solutions, connecting Nepal to destinations across the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, and the Middle East. The corporate headquarters is located in Balaju, Kathmandu, with satellite offices established in Bhaktapur, Gwarko, Lalitpur, Bagbazar, Itahari, and Biratchowk.

Team of Trust Multipurpose Farm were founded in 2016 (2073) based in Sunsari Nepal. It was decently formed by local residents of Morang and Sunsari District. Also the founders are active social activists of Morang Sunsari. The mission of this firm is to adopt modern agriculture methods in Nepal's market. It has vision to enhance social economic and promote entrepreneurship in society.
